Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Stepsy mobile application ("App") operated by EFN Group LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Stepsy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Stepsy is a digital wellness application that restricts access to selected apps on your device until you earn screen time by walking. The App uses Apple HealthKit to track steps and Apple's Screen Time API to manage app restrictions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stepsy. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscriptions

Stepsy offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

Monthly: $9.99/month
Yearly: $47.99/year

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Health Data

Stepsy accesses your step count through Apple HealthKit. By granting HealthKit access, you acknowledge that:

Step data is used solely to calculate earned screen time
Health data is not shared with third parties
Health data is not used for advertising or marketing
All health data processing occurs locally on your device

6. Screen Time and App Blocking

By using Stepsy, you authorize the App to:

Block access to apps you select using Apple's Screen Time API
Monitor device activity to manage screen time earned through walking
Display custom shield screens on blocked apps

You can remove all app restrictions at any time through the App's settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stepsy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

Step counting will be perfectly accurate
App blocking will work in all circumstances
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EFN Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Stepsy are owned by EFN Group LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
